The R&D department had developed  over 10,000 formulae, including the Watsons Bird's Nest Whitening Series and Watsons Bird's Nest Silk Series, which have been unanimously recognized by consumers for several years and granted the Watsons HWB Awards - Annual Sales Champion for several times.
